Prize Pool Setup:

Reward Distribution：

• Within 5 business days from October 14th, 2022.

Activity Details:

• To qualify for the SPN Airdrop: Trade SPN tokens in Coinstore Spot Section (net buying volume = buying volume - selling volume is more than 25,000 SPN) within 6 hours after the opening of SPN/USDT trading and hold a position of at least 25,000 SPN for 5 consecutive days.
• The qualified users for SPN Airdrop will win a SPN token airdrops by the reward distribution date with 25% of their minimum SPN holding amount during the 5-day snapshot period.
• Users will be restricted to placing limit orders only during the first 4 hours of the SPN/USDT Trading Opening Time.
• The users holdings data will be recorded by multiple daily SPN balance snapshots at random time throughout the 5-day period. Snapshots will begin from September 15th 1:00:00(UTC+8).
• Sweepstakes rewards will be available on October 14th.

Activity Details:

• To qualify for the additional lottery draft: Trade SPN tokens in Coinstore Spot Section (net buying volume = buying volume - selling volume is more than 100,000 SPN) within 6 hours after the opening of SPN/USDT trading and hold a position of at least 100,000 SPN for 5 consecutive dayswill be qualified to enter the Lucky Draw activity to win the additional rewards.
• If there are more than 25 qualified users entering the Lucky Draw. A total of 3 lucky winners will be randomly selected from all qualified users to evenly split a share of 3,000 USDT where each lucky trader will be distributed with 1,000 USDT. All winners who have qualified for the lucky draw will be notified by email by the end of the 5 day period.
• If there are less than 25 qualified users entering the Lucky Draw. A total of 3 lucky winners will be randomly selected from all qualified users to evenly split a share of 450,000 SPN tokens. All users who have qualified for the lucky draw will be notified by email by the end of the 5 day period.

Activity Rules:

1. In case of rules violation (such as improper means of obtaining rewards, malicious acts, breach of good faith, etc.), Coinstore will punish the user according to the severity of circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the user's invitation qualification, cancellation of rewards, etc.
