Welcome to Coinstore Affiliate. Here is a user guide to help you quickly understand the product features of Coinstore Affiliate and how to use it to manage your partner account.
1.Login to the Coinstore Affiliate Dashboard:
Users need first to fill out the application form using the application link. After being reviewed and approved, the user will receive an email containing an initial password. Users can use their Coinstore UID and the initial password provided in the email to log in to the Affiliate Dashboard at partner.coinstore.com.
2.Introduction to the Coinstore Affiliate Dashboard:
After logging in, users can enter the Affiliate Dashboard, which includes the following:
- Affiliate Settings: includes commission records and upgrading regular users to subordinate affiliates.
- Futures Trading Management: allows users to view subordinate affiliate Futures orders and transaction records.
- Spot Trading Management: allows users to view subordinate affiliate Spot trading records.
- Transfers Overview: this allows users to view the transfer of funds between subordinate affiliate Spot accounts and Futures accounts.
- Deposit/Withdrawal Overview: this allows users to view the deposit and withdrawal of funds from subordinate affiliate Spot accounts.
- Referral Setting: this allows users to view the main account's referral code and link, as well as the total number of direct and non-direct referrals, the current commission rate, and the commission amount of the main account.
3.Dashboard Homepage:
On the Dashboard homepage, users can view the Affiliate Overview, Transaction Overview, and Deposit and Withdrawal Overview, where they can quickly see the current performance of subordinate affiliates and sub-invite accounts under the main account.
4.Affiliate Settings:
On the Affiliate Settings page, users can view commission records and upgrade regular users to subordinate affiliates. When upgrading partners, users need to configure the commission rate for this account. For trading fees generated under a subordinate affiliate, multiple levels of commission fee will be supported, and the user will receive the difference in commission rates between the subordinate affiliates' transaction fee commission rate and the main account's transaction fee commission rate. For trading fees generated under a subordinate normal user, only one level of the commission will be received, and the commission rate is 30% by default. In addition, this page can also be used to configure remarks for subordinate friends and can directly jump to subordinate affiliate Spot and Futures order histories for easy viewing of subordinate affiliate transaction performance. However, it is not possible to view the trading history of non-direct referrals.
5.Commission Record:
Another Commission Record page on the Affiliate Settings page allows users to view commission records for Spot and Futures trading, and users can view their commission records based on time.
6.Futures Trading Management:
On the Futures Trading Management page, users can view subordinate affiliates' current Futures orders, Futures historical transaction records, and forced liquidation records. Users can view the Futures trading situation of directly invited persons according to UID, trading pairs, buy/sell direction, and date. However, it is not possible to view the transaction history of non-direct referrals.
7.Spot Trading Management:
On the Spot Trading Management page, users can view subordinate affiliate Spot trading history, including order details, trading pairs, transaction prices, quantities, and transaction times. Users can view the Spot trading situation of directly invited persons according to UID, trading pairs, and buy/sell direction. However, it is not possible to view the transaction history of non-direct referrals.
8.Transfers Overview:
On the Transfers Overview page, users can view the transfer of funds between subordinate affiliate Spot accounts and Futures accounts based on UID, mobile phone number, email address, transfer in/out, and time. However, it is not possible to view the transfer situation of non-direct referrals.
9.Deposit/Withdrawal Overview:
On the Deposit/Withdrawal Overview page, users can view the deposit and withdrawal of funds from subordinate affiliate Spot accounts based on UID, mobile phone number, email, deposit/withdrawal direction, and time. However, they cannot view the deposit and withdrawal activities of subordinate affiliate Spot accounts that are not directly invited.
10.Referral Settings:
On the Referral Settings page, users can view the invitation code and link to the main account. Additionally, it shows the total number of directly and indirectly invited persons, the current commission rate, and the commission amount of the main account.
