1.Contract Order of Coinstore
Coinstore currently supports 3 types of Orders:
1.Market order
2.Limit order
3.Conditional order
·Market order
Market orders are executed immediately in the current market. Traders who want to execute orders urgently will choose this type. Please pay attention to the order list when choosing this type, otherwise a new market order may "break through the list" and cause market impact costs.
【Market Price】-【Amount】
·Limit order
A limit order specifies the minimum amount of something a trader wants to buy. Traders use this type to reduce their trading costs. If the order price is far from the current market price, then there is a chance that the order will be avoided.
【limit Price】-【Amount】
·Conditional order
There are two types of trigger prices for conditional orders: [Latest Price/Mark Price]
【Conditional Price】-【Latest Price】
【Conditional Price】-【Mark Price】
【Limit Price】
【Market Price】
Conditional orders will not occupy margin before they are triggered.
After a conditional order is triggered, it may not be successfully executed. It may fail to execute due to reasons such as the price being too low/too high, the position exceeding the threshold limit, etc.
2. There are four types of order in the system, and the conclusions are as follows
·Ordinary order
Traders make their own judgment and actively choose to open or close positions for matching transactions.
·Liquidation order
To ensure the safety of users' positions, we recommend that users confirm the order before the position. After the order is confirmed, we will close the order at the current position.
·Insurance fund custody order
When the user is still in a state of insufficient margin during the forced liquidation process, the user's position will be entrusted to the insurer. The insurance funds will be managed according to the bankruptcy price of the Supreme Court.
·Manual reduction of position
Currently, the balance of insurance funds is insufficient to compensate for user losses, the automatic reduction system is insufficiently funded, and the automatic reduction system is insufficiently funded. Reduce positions according to the actual situation of investors.
3. How to open and close a contract
Digital asset trading follows the principle of "buy low and sell high". Contract trading can be carried out in both directions, buying and selling, and there are opportunities to make profits whether the price rises or falls. "Going long or short" is also called "bullish (buy long)" and "bearish (sell short)". In digital asset contract trading, we can choose to go long or short the underlying asset to make a profit based on market price fluctuations.
