There are two types of restrictions :
1. Legal Restriction :
In order to maintain a compliant and secure trading environment, our platform collaborates with judicial authorities from various countries and regions. Account functions may be restricted based on legal letters received.
2. Order Placing Requirement :
When placing limit orders, advanced limit orders, or take-profit and stop-loss orders, corresponding assets may be temporarily frozen. You can unfreeze the assets by canceling the order under "Open orders".
