Why has my deposit not been credited ?

1. Your deposit is awaiting network confirmation

It will be successfully credited once the transaction meets the minimum required network confirmations specified by the Coinstore system. Please be aware that the minimum requirement varies for each cryptocurrency.

2. You have deposited an unlisted token

Prior to making a deposit, please verify that Coinstore supports the token and deposit network by referring to the Deposit & Withdrawal Status page . Depositing an unlisted token or using an unsupported network may result in the loss of your assets, which cannot be recovered.

3. Your deposit amount doesn’t meet the minimum deposit amount

Prior to making a deposit, kindly review the minimum deposit amount specified on the crypto deposit page. Deposits below this minimum amount will not be credited to your account.

4. Wallet maintenance

When a wallet undergoes maintenance, deposit services are temporarily suspended.
