Why has my withdrawal not been received ?

1. The withdrawal is still processing.

Please access your Coinstore account and navigate to 'Assets' in the upper-right corner. Click on [Withdraw], then scroll down to 'Withdrawal History' to review your cryptocurrency withdrawal records. If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Processing”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.

2. The withdrawal has been completed.

If the [Status] indicates 'Completed', it confirms that your funds have been successfully sent. Click on the [TXID] to review the transaction details. Kindly verify the transaction status with the receiving exchange or wallet using the provided TXID.

Prior to initiating a withdrawal, please ensure compatibility of the token with the receiving platform/wallet and the chosen network. If uncertain, we recommend verifying with the receiving platform/wallet beforehand to avoid potential loss of assets that cannot be recovered.
