How to View Delisting Information for Tokens & Spot Trading Pairs on Coinstore

To safeguard our users and maintain high standards, Coinstore regularly reviews each listed token and trading pair based on our delisting guidelines.

If a token or trading pair fails to meet these standards, Coinstore will perform a thorough review and may delist the token or trading pair to protect users' interests.

Where to Access Delisting Information

You can view delisting announcements on both the Coinstore website and the Coinstore app.

Website

1. Scroll down to the bottom on the Coinstore homepage and click "Help Desk". 

2. Click on "Announcement Center".

3. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Trading Pair Delisting".

App

1. Tap the small human icon on the upper left corner.

2. Click on "Help Center", scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Trading Pair Delisting".
