Introduction:
DaffiOne is composed of a Wallet, a Point-of-Settlement (POS) system for online & at counter payments to merchants.
DaffiOne initial target market is the tourism industry, and the initial rollout is in the Caribbean country region.
DaffiOne Wallet & POS are design to support digital currencies, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies & tokenized RWAs. We are adding a mastercard as well as a Stasis EURS integration so a user from the eurozone can send and receive by IBAN in addition to blockchain. We intend to add same for US dollar at some point but there’s regulatory issues with that for now.
The DaffiOne Wallet is focused on everyday use (not trading) for use for payments, remittances, etc. The wallet is in beta, right now only avail on Android, it includes an integrated cross-chain through ChangeNow and on-chain swaps through different DEXs, it is multi-chain and right now supports:
The POS system is composed of a terminal that can be used with any QRCode capable wallet, not just DaffiOne Wallet. The POS terminal is software based and can be installed on tablets or phone. It acts and behaves like a normal card terminal and handles tips, tax, reporting, etc. Merchant can receive the payments in digital currencies (where it applies like Bahamas, Jamaica, Eastern Caribbean countries) or stablecoins or in fiat payment to their USD or EURO accounts.
The DAFFIR is a reward token that can be used in subsequent purchase to pay something at a terminal or online in full or in part, that can be purchased/redeemed/converted through a CEX or DEX. For every purchase at a merchant, 1% of the purchase is a cashback to the customer paid in DAFFIR.
