4. How to Complete KYC Verification

 

4.1 On the Website – Basic KYC

 
1. Log in to the official Coinstore website. Click the user icon in the top-right corner and select Account Security.
 

 
 
 
2. Click [Go KYC] to begin verification.
 

 
 
 
3. On the Basic KYC page, enter your country/region (where your document is issued), full name, and ID number.
 

 
 
 
4. Click [Submit] when done. You will receive results within 24 hours.
 
 
 

4.2 On the Website – Advanced KYC

 
1. Log in to the official Coinstore website. Click the user icon in the top-right corner and select [Account Security].
 
 

 
 
2. Click [Advanced KYC].
 

 
 
3. Upload the following photos:
  • Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Handheld Document Photo
 

 
 
4. Please review the following conditions and notes carefully when uploading images. Verification may be rejected if conditions are not met.
 
 
Government-Issued Photo ID
  1. Provide a clear, close-up photo of a valid government-issued identification document.
  2. Ensure the document number matches the information provided in KYC1.
  3. All four corners of the ID must be visible in the photo.
  4. The photo should display the side of the ID with your facial image.
  5. Use PNG, JPEG, or JPG under 20 MB.
 
Handheld Document Photo
  1. Hold your government-issued ID in one hand.
  2. In your other hand, hold a piece of paper with the following handwritten information:
  3. Ensure your full face and the handwriting on the paper are clearly visible in the photo.
  4. Handwriting should be legible and easy to read.
  5. Use PNG, JPEG, or JPG under 20 MB.
 
 
 
5. Click [Submit] when finished. Verification results will be available within 24 hours.
 
 
 

4.3 On the App – Basic KYC

 
1. Log in to the Coinstore app. Tap the user icon in the top-left corner.
 

 
 
2. Tap the arrow next to your account info.
 

 
 
3. Tap [KYC].
 

 
 
4. Enter your country/region, name, and ID number.
 

 
 
5. Click [Submit]. Results will be available within 24 hours.
 
 
 
 

4.4 On the App – Advanced KYC

 
1. Log in to the Coinstore app. Tap the user icon in the top-left corner.
 

 
 
2. Tap the arrow next to your account info.
 

 
 
3. Tap [Advanced KYC].
 

 
 
4. Upload the following photos:
  • Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Handheld Document Photo
