Coinstore's withdrawal feature allows you to transfer your crypto assets to an external wallet. You can also use the internal transfer feature to send funds to other Coinstore users. Below are the step-by-step guides for each process.
1. How to Withdraw Crypto to Coinstore
1. Visit the official Coinstore website and log in.
After logging in, click [Assets] at the top right corner and select [Withdraw].
2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, then enter the withdrawal address and amount.
Note:
- Withdrawal Address: This refers to the wallet address where your cryptocurrency will be sent. It is a unique identifier composed of a long combination of numbers and letters that specifies the destination wallet or account.
- Transfer Network: This is the blockchain network used to process the transfer. Different cryptocurrencies may use different blockchain networks. For example, Bitcoin uses the Bitcoin network, and Ethereum uses the Ethereum network. Some cryptocurrencies support multiple networks, so it is crucial to choose the correct one. For instance, USDT can be transferred via ERC-20 or TRC-20 networks. If you select the wrong network, your withdrawal may fail.
- Memo: For certain cryptocurrencies, a memo or tag is required to complete the withdrawal. Failure to provide a memo may result in the funds not being received. For more information, please refer to the article “What is a Memo/Tag?”
3. After receiving the email verification code, enter it along with your Google Authenticator code, then click [Submit].
4. Wait for the withdrawal to be processed successfully.
Important Notes on Withdrawals
1. For cryptocurrencies like USDT that support multiple chains, make sure to select the correct network during the withdrawal process.
2. If the cryptocurrency you are withdrawing requires a Memo, be sure to copy and input the correct Memo from the receiving platform. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of assets.
3. Withdrawal fees vary by cryptocurrency. You can check the specific fee on the withdrawal page after selecting the cryptocurrency.
4. You can also check the minimum withdrawal amount and fees on the withdrawal page.
