1. Risk Warning
Coinstore does not guarantee that the Alpha Service is suitable for all users, and in certain jurisdictions, access to the service may be restricted. The Alpha Service generally involves digital assets that are small in market capitalization, highly volatile, and may carry innovative or special characteristics.
Alpha trading assets are not listed on the Coinstore Exchange, and their display in the Alpha section does not imply any future listing. These assets may be subject to high price volatility and liquidity uncertainty, and you may face the risk of partial or total loss of your investment.
Coinstore and its affiliates do not guarantee the preservation of value or the realization of profits from Alpha assets. Investment decisions are solely your responsibility, and Coinstore shall bear no liability for any losses incurred.
2. Definitions
Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this Agreement shall follow the definitions set forth in the Coinstore User Agreement.
“Alpha Assets”: Digital assets available for trading in the Alpha section.
“Alpha Account”: An account used by users to view and hold purchased Alpha assets.
“Alpha Quote”: The reference price provided for Alpha asset trading.
“Trade Request”: The action by which a user confirms a quote and executes the purchase or sale of an Alpha asset.
3. Alpha Service
3.1 Alpha Asset Display
Coinstore provides Alpha assets and partial market information in the Alpha section. This does not constitute any recommendation or guarantee, and Coinstore makes no assurance regarding asset price movements or potential listing.
3.2 Purchase and Sale of Alpha Assets
Users may purchase Alpha assets using digital assets available in their account.
Alpha assets may only be exchanged with certain designated digital assets.
Network fees and price fluctuations (slippage) may occur during transactions, potentially affecting the final execution price. Such slippage is not predetermined and will depend on transaction conditions.
Trade requests are irreversible. In the event of a failed transaction, the original asset or another network-approved digital asset will be refunded.
3.3 Management and Use
Alpha assets may only be viewed and used through the Alpha Account and cannot be withdrawn to external wallets or regular accounts unless otherwise specified by Coinstore.
If Alpha assets are later officially listed on the Coinstore Exchange, users may, subject to Coinstore’s instructions, transfer Alpha assets to other accounts.
3.4 Transaction Records
Users may review their transaction history and order details through their Alpha Account.
4. Fees, Payment, and Taxes
Coinstore may charge transaction fees per trade, which will be displayed at the time of the trade request.
Network fees and third-party service fees (such as decentralized exchange fees) may also apply.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their trades or profits related to the Alpha Service.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Coinstore assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses, costs, or damages arising from the Alpha Service or Alpha assets.
Information and pricing data in the Alpha section are provided by third parties. Coinstore makes no guarantees as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Coinstore reserves the right, at its discretion, to add or remove Alpha assets, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access to the Alpha Service. Coinstore shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
Users acknowledge the high-risk nature of Alpha trading. All risks are borne solely by the user, and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the Alpha Service is suitable given their financial circumstances and investment objectives.
6. Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be applied in conjunction with the Coinstore User Agreement. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail with respect to the Alpha Service.
