Important Notes:
- Users must ensure that their Spot Account holds the full amount of subscribed HECTR tokens. The system will automatically deduct the tokens and credit the corresponding USDT.
- The following HECTR tokens are not eligible for refund:
- Tokens transferred from other accounts (including internal transfers)
- Tokens redeemed via Coinstore Coinbox
- Tokens received via secondary distribution
- If a user does not receive their refund or compensation by September 5, 2025, at 18:00 (UTC+8), or has any questions, they are advised to contact Coinstore's online customer support.
