The new Coinstore Futures system will officially launch on October 15.
To prepare for this upgrade, the platform will carry out the following actions on October 9, 14:00 (UTC+8):
- Trading Suspension
- Trading in the Futures system will be disabled.
- Automatic Position & Order Handling
- All existing Futures positions will be automatically closed, and all open orders will be automatically cancelled.
- Funds Transfer
- All funds currently in Futures accounts will be automatically transferred to users’ personal Spot accounts.
⚠️ Reminder:
If you currently hold Futures positions or open orders in the Futures system, we recommend that you close or manage them manually before October 9 to avoid unexpected automatic settlement.
