Preface
Coinstore has established an independent futures trading service webpage (https://futures.coinstore.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Webpage” or “we”) to provide users with digital asset derivative trading services.
When using the Webpage and the services provided by the Webpage (“Services”), users (“you”) must comply with the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Webpage and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”). Unless otherwise agreed, any other information provided by the Webpage or oral/written statements made shall not be binding on the Webpage or the user. Trading policies and operation guides are for reference only and do not constitute legally binding commitments.
By accessing, browsing, or downloading information from the Webpage, and by using the services provided by the Coinstore trading platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Coinstore trading platform may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. You agree that the Webpage may revise, amend, or delete the Terms without notifying you, and you further agree that any revised Terms shall be binding upon you. You confirm that it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for changes, and your continued use of the Webpage and Coinstore’s services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of such changes.
All copyrights of texts, graphics, images, software, and other materials on the Webpage belong to the Coinstore trading platform, including all trademarks and intellectual property related to the materials and services. Materials on the Webpage are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
You may display extracts of the Webpage content on a computer screen or print them for the above purpose, but you must retain all copyright and proprietary notices or any Coinstore trademarks or logos contained in the original print or download, without alteration, addition, or deletion. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not alter, modify, copy, distribute, or use any materials from the Webpage in any commercial environment without prior written consent from Coinstore.
Under no circumstances will you obtain any rights to the Webpage or any related rights (other than the limited right to use the Webpage under these Terms and any applicable terms for specific services), nor may you represent to third parties that you hold any such rights.
Definitions
In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Agreement”: Refers to these Terms and Conditions.

“Data”: Refers to any data you input into the Webpage or that is entered on your behalf with your authorization.

“Intellectual Property”: Refers to registered or unregistered design rights, patents, copyrights, database rights, data protection rights, trademarks, service marks, moral rights, know-how, and all other intellectual or industrial property rights worldwide.

“Member”: Refers to any currently registered user of the Coinstore trading platform.

“Services”: Refers to all services provided through the Webpage (subject to changes or updates by Coinstore).
1. Conditions of Access
1.1 You must ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access the Webpage are secure and confidential. If there is any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security, you must immediately notify Coinstore, which will reset your password.
1.2 When accessing and using the Services:
a) You must not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of the Webpage’s computing systems or networks, or those of any third party hosting the Services. b) You must not use the Services in any way that impairs functionality, disrupts other users, or constitutes abuse of the Services. c) You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or materials other than those you are expressly permitted to access. d) You must not transmit or upload any files that may damage others’ computing devices or software, contain offensive content, or violate applicable laws (including copyrighted or confidential material you are not authorized to use). e) You must not modify, adapt, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any computer programs used to provide the Services or operate the Webpage, except as required for normal use. f) You must keep all usernames and passwords secure and confidential; if unauthorized use occurs, you must immediately notify Coinstore.
1.3 Use of the Services may be subject to limitations, including transaction volume limits or API call restrictions. You will be informed of any such limitations.
1.4 By registering as a Member, you represent and warrant that:
a) You accept these Terms; b) You are at least 18 years of age and not older than 65 (subject to adjustments under local law), and you have the capacity to enter into these Terms; c) You legally own the funds deposited into your account and that the source of such funds is lawful; d) Your use of the Services does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction; e) You understand the risks of using the Services, including the high volatility of digital assets and the risk of losing all funds in your account; f) You will not engage in any form of market manipulation, including deceptive orders or other misconduct; g) All information and documents you provide during identity verification are accurate, true, and up to date; h) Any withdrawal address you provide belongs to you and is fully under your control; i) You are not on any trade or economic sanctions list, including UN Security Council sanctions, and you are not restricted by the EU, Hong Kong authorities, or other enforcement agencies; j) You are not a resident of Hong Kong SAR, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria, the United States [including all U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands], Iraq, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, Sevastopol, or any other jurisdiction where the Services are restricted. Misrepresentation of residency may result in immediate account closure, order cancellation, and forced settlement of open positions at market prices. Coinstore may deduct or recover losses directly.
1.5 Coinstore reserves the right to verify your identity at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
1.6 Transaction restrictions may apply before you are required to complete Customer Due Diligence (CDD). You agree to cooperate with us during this process and provide all documents and information required to verify your identity and the purpose of your business relationship.
1.7 If we suspect or have reason to believe you are engaged in suspicious transactions, other activities, or have violated these warranties, we may freeze your account. This may result in cancellation of transactions you have executed. We disclaim liability for any loss or profit caused by early order cancellation or forced liquidation, and you agree to indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your conduct. While your account is frozen, deposits, withdrawals, and trading are prohibited. After investigation, we may close your account at our discretion without providing reasons.
1.8 We reserve the right to close your account by giving seven business days’ notice. You will have seven business days to close your positions. If you fail to do so, we may forcibly close your positions and return any remaining digital assets to you.
1.9 You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect or outdated information, nor for inaccurately formatted transactions (e.g., sending Litecoin to a Bitcoin address).
1.10 We may suspend trading to maintain market order in the event of disruptions or external events. We are not liable for losses resulting from such suspension.
1.11 To protect futures users’ rights, we may, under special circumstances (e.g., system failure, extreme market conditions), conduct early settlement of futures contracts. Details will follow official announcements.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All intellectual property related to materials used on the Webpage, including design, layout, graphics, and source code, belongs to Coinstore. 2.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property of the Webpage remains the property of Coinstore. 2.3 By submitting content to public areas of the Webpage (blogs, forums, etc.), you grant Coinstore a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from such content in any media now known or developed in the future. You also allow subscribers to access and use such content for personal purposes. 2.4 By submitting content, you warrant that you own or are authorized to use all intellectual property rights in such content.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Coinstore respects user privacy. A separate Privacy Policy describes how Coinstore collects, stores, discloses, and uses personal information. By using the Webpage, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
3.2 User information includes:
a) Personal information provided when registering; b) Data automatically collected during service use, participation in activities, or browsing (e.g., IP address, cookies); c) Personal information lawfully obtained from business partners; d) Other personal information lawfully acquired.
3.3 Coinstore will not disclose personal information to third parties without legal cause or user consent, except as required by law, judicial/administrative authorities, or for public interest.
4. Data Protection Coinstore stores user data in internal databases and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or authorized by the user.
5. Third-Party Websites Coinstore may provide links to third-party websites but makes no warranties regarding their content, legality, or services. Unauthorized links to the Webpage are prohibited.
6. Warranties and Representations You confirm that your use of the Webpage is lawful and at your own risk. Coinstore does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Webpage.
7. Service Performance All transactions executed are final and irreversible. Coinstore reserves the right to liquidate positions at its discretion. Coinstore makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Services.
8. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinstore and its affiliates from any claims or costs arising from your use of the Webpage or breach of this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer Coinstore is not liable for errors, unlawful content, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Services.
10. Calculations All calculations executed and verified by the Webpage engine are final.
11. Compliance with Local Laws You are responsible for tax obligations arising from use of the Services and for compliance with all applicable laws. Coinstore may cooperate with authorities to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Failure to enforce rights shall not constitute a waiver.
12.2 Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.
12.3 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
12.4 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes shall be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
12.5 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes prior communications.
