13) How long does it take for my cryptocurrency purchases to arrive at my Coinstore wallet?
Usually, you receive your purchased cryptocurrency in your Coinstore account within 2-30 minutes after a successful order. Processing time may take longer due to blockchain network conditions or provider service conditions, and the processing time for new users may reach one day.
14)What should I do if my Crypto has a delay in arrival?
According to our third-party suppliers, the two main reasons for the delay in buying crypto are as follows:
(a) Failure to submit complete KYC (identity verification) documents at the time of registration
(b) An unsuccessful order in the crypto purchasing process
If you have not received your cryptocurrency in your Coinstore account within 2 hours, please check with the third-party provider immediately. Traders can find all fiat transaction records on the Coinstore Assets page under the "Transaction History" tab.
18) Is KYC (identity verification) mandatory on the third-party provider platform?
Yes, KYC is required on the third-party provider's website before making quick purchases.
19) Are there any countries that prohibit the use of this service?
Citizens/residents of some countries belong to the restricted areas of the third-party supply platform. For the latest information on restricted areas of service, please visit the respective service provider's website.
20) I just bought some USDT, but the fiat transactions in my Coinstore account show "Canceled". What does it mean?
This means that the fiat deposit did not go through successfully, so your Coinstore account will not receive any USDT. For more details on cancellation, please check with the third-party service provider of your choice.
21) What do other states in the fiat currency transaction record represent?
"Pending" — fiat deposit transaction has been successfully submitted, pending payment; or additional verification (if any) has not been received by the third-party provider. Please check your email for any additional requirements from the third-party vendor.
