A.What is Coinstore Futures Credit
The Futures Credit is a digital fund loan rewards to Coinstore users to help users to understand the Coinstore Perpetual Futures Trading.
Compared to traditional Futures Trading on Coinstore, combined together with a crypto asset principal provided by user, Futures Credit can be used as a relatively larger margin for opening crossed positions in Futures Credit trading.
While realized profits earned through positions opened with Futures Credit are withdrawable and transferrable, Futures Credit cannot be withdrawn from the wallet directly.
During losses , the user's principal will be calculated into lost first, followed by the Futures Credit. When the loss of the Futures Credit reaches the preset threshold, a stop-loss process will be triggered to close the position to realize the loss. The remaining part of the Futures Credit will be retrieved from the user.

Futures Credit is rewarded to Coinstore users through Coinstore Campaigns and Events as a Special Crypto Asset Loan that is limited to be used in the Futures Credit Trading Section. Futures Credit is not transferrable between users, and is not withdrawable nor is it able to be sold as an Spot Crypto Asset.

C.How to use Futures Credit
- Futures Credit can only be applied to trading during the expiration period ;
- Futures position only supports one Futures Credit at a time, all Futures Credit positions will be opened with assets from Futures Credit Wallet.
- Once a Futures Credit is selected by user, a certain amount of Futures Credit Principal from Futures Wallet, along with the Futures Credit , will be transferred to the Futures Credit Wallet to become the available margin for Futures Credit Trading.
- To achieve a successful Futures Credit Principal transfer from Futures Wallet to Futures Credit Wallet, it is required that the available balance in Futures Wallet must be equal or greater than the principal requirement for using the Futures Credit.
- Before fully closing the current Futures Credit Position
- Futures Credit Wallet will NOT be able to open any other position for different trading pairs.
- Hedge Mode will NOT applies to Futures Credit Trading.
- No other Futures Credits can be used for Futures Credit.

• Futures Credit Trading -Balance Confirmation : A sufficient available margin is required for Futures Wallet in order to initiate the Futures Credit Order placement process: A confirmation process will be initiated by the server to make sure the Available Margin in the User’s Futures Wallet is equal or greater to the Futures Credit Value / N. ○ For Example,When user A successfully claimed a Futures Credit with (Value: 100 USDT, Allowable Loss: 5 USDT) a Credit to Principal ratio of 10:1. The required minimum balance / user’s principal for using this Futures Credit is 100/10= 10USDT ▪ If the user has enough available margin in the Futures Wallet, then the required balance will be transferred to the Futures Credit Wallet. • Principal Transferring:Once the user click confirm on the Balance Transferring prompt, the required principal will be transferred from Futures Wallet to Futures Credit Wallet, and the Futures Credit will become ready to use. ○ The Available Margin the the Futures Credit wallet will be 110 USDT. ▪ Futures Credit=100 USDT ▪ User’s Principal=10 USDT ▪ If the Futures Wallet has insufficient balance to meet the required balance for Futures Credit.A prompt will be shown for the user to transfer balance or make deposits. |

D.Frequently Asked Questions
Q:Does Futures Credits have an Expiration Period? A:Just like Futures Bonus, an unused Futures Credit also has an expiration period where Futures Credit Position can be opened during the available period. The unused Futures Credit will be retrieved once it is expired, and will become invalid to be used. However, once a Futures Credit is connected with a Futures Credit Principle, the Futures Credit will not become invalid unless the position triggered a stop-loss process or the Futures Credit is manually canceled. |
