What is Coinstore Launchpad?
Coinstore Launchpad is a token launch platform for innovative blockchain projects. Users commit a certain amount of staked tokens to subscribe to each new project and earn new tokens in return. This event is open to all Coinstore users, except those from restricted countries.
How does Coinstore Launchpad work?
Each Launchpad project goes through four stages: Warming-Up, Ongoing, Subscription, and Distribution.
- Warm-Up: When the event goes live, it will enter a Warm-Up countdown before the main event starts. During this period, users can visit the Event Page to view details and subscribe to event push notifications.
- Ongoing: During the event, from the start until the end of the subscription period, you can increase your subscription cap by completing limit-raising tasks within the specified time. These tasks may include inviting friends, depositing funds, trading, and completing KYC. (Note: Users who have already completed advanced KYC are also considered to have fulfilled this task.)
- Subscription: Click the "Commit Now" button to commit a certain amount of tokens to the new project during the subscription period and participate in the Launchpad Event. Note that a single user can subscribe multiple times during the subscription period of each Launchpad event. The tokens you commit will be locked and cannot be used for transfers, withdrawals, or trading until after the final distribution of new project tokens.
- Token Allocation: At the start of the Distribution Period, new project tokens will be allocated to the spot accounts of participating users according to the rules of the Launchpad Event.

Users from the following countries or regions are not eligible to participate in token sales on the Coinstore Launchpad platform:
Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Myanmar, Mainland China, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, North Korea, and the United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
How many sections does Coinstore Launchpad have?
Coinstore Launchpad now features three sections: Prime, Startup, and On-Sale.
What is the mode of the Launchpad?
Coinstore Launchpad operates in a Subscription Mode, where users commit designated tokens to subscribe for token allocation.
Subscription Mode: Users must invest committed tokens to subscribe for project tokens. The subscription cap for each user can increase based on the volume of completed limit-raising tasks. After the subscription period, the project tokens, along with any unused committed tokens, will be transferred to the user's spot account according to the final subscription volume allocated to them.
What are limit-raising tasks?
Limit-raising tasks are a special feature of Coinstore Launchpad. For certain events, you can increase your subscription cap by completing specific tasks listed on the Event Page. These tasks are known as "limit-raising tasks."
Once the event starts, the subscription or airdrop cap—referred to as the "current participation cap"—shown on the Launchpad Event Page can be increased by inviting friends, depositing, trading, and completing advanced KYC. (Note: Users who have already completed advanced KYC are also considered to have fulfilled this task.) Different activities have varying task conditions and limit-raising volumes.
Please refer to the task descriptions in the Task column.
Click the [ Go ] button next to the task description to complete the corresponding task.
If the button appears gray in the task column, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- The task has already been completed with a limit-raising.
- The task has reached its maximum limit for raising.
- The task period has ended.
Note that once the Distribution Period begins, limit-raising tasks will expire, and your participation cap will no longer increase or contribute to your subscription amount.
Why is my participation cap not increased with the task completed?
Due to system delays, your cap may not update immediately. Please refresh the page manually after 3-5 minutes and check your "Current Participation Cap." Ensure you have completed the task as required. If the cap still hasn't updated, contact our online customer service or submit a ticket.
Is the Launchpad participation on a “first come, first served” basis?
No, when the subscription ends, the allocation will be distributed based on the actual amount committed by the participants or the number of participants and their subscription shares.
How many tokens can I get from a Launchpad subscription? How to calculate the final allocation?
Subscription Mode
-
If the Total Launchpad User Token Subscription does not reach the Total Launchpad Subscription Token Supply, users will receive the full amount they subscribed for.
-
If the Total Launchpad User Token Subscription exceeds the Total Launchpad Subscription Token Supply, the user's final reward will be calculated as follows:
Any unused portion of the invested tokens will be refunded to the user's wallet.
Ex. Launchpad Project AAA has a subscription price of 0.1 USDT and the total launchpad subscription token supply is 10,000 AAA.
User Bob subscribed with a investment of 500 USDT, and the total launchpad user token subscription is 2,000 USDT.
The final reward bob will receive is = (500/2,000) x 10,000 = 2,500 AAA. Bob's final subscription amount is 2,500 x 0.1 = 250 USDT.
Thus Bob will receive a refund of 500 - 250 = 250USDT.)
Can I subscribe for several times during the subscription period?
Yes, a single user can subscribe multiple times during the subscription period of each Launchpad event. Additionally, users can subscribe again after completing any limit-raising tasks.
Will the tokens invested in subscription be locked?
Yes, subscriptions cannot be revoked, and the committed tokens you invest in the project will be locked. They cannot be used for transfers, withdrawals, or trading until after the distribution period.
Can I cancel the subscription?
No, you CANNOT cancel the tokens you’ve committed during the subscription period.
Where can I find my Launchpad participation records?
Go to the Launchpad event page and click on "My Subscription History" in the upper right corner.
When will the new project tokens be credited?
New tokens will be allocated during Distribution Period in sequence. After the Distribution Period ends, check [ Subscription Details ] for details. For details on Launchpad Subscription and Launchpad Return, go to [ Asset Flow ].
I didn't receive the invested tokens refunded back to my wallet?
If the Total Launchpad User Token Subscription exceeds the Total Launchpad Subscription Token Supply, you will receive a refund for any unused invested tokens. Refunds will be processed after the distribution of new project tokens, so please be patient. If you do not receive your refund within 24 hours, please contact our online customer service.
When can we start trading the featured project token?
Users can begin trading as soon as the trading pair is listed on Coinstore. Please stay tuned for updates in our official announcements.
