User Guide — Process for Participating in the Launchpad

I. How to participate on the Coinstore website

1. [Access to Launchpad] Log in to your Coinstore account and click "Launchpad" under "Spot" on the navigation bar to enter the Launchpad Page.

2. [List of Launchpad Projects] Click on the projects to jump to the Event Page of the project.

2-1. [Project Details] You can view the Launchpad project's detailed information, event rules, subscription status, and the current stage on the Event Page.

3-1. [Book a Reminder] For events in the Warm-up period, click the "Subscribe Now" button to book a push notification from the APP when the event starts.

 

3-2. [Limit-raising Task] For started Events, you can complete the invitation of friends, topping up, trading, and advanced KYC before the end of the task time (advanced KYC completed before is also considered to have completed the task) to increase your participation cap. All limit-raising tasks will become invalid once the distribution starts.

*The task rules and the amount to be raised set for each Launchpad Event are different. Please refer to the Task Section of the Event page for task rules. Check the Coinstore Launchpad FAQ or contact Customer Service if you have any questions.

 

3-3. [Participate in Subscription] For events in the Subscription Period, click "Commit Now" to participate in the project tokens subscription;

[Confirm the Commit Amount] Input the number of tokens invested in the popup window (no more than the maximum subscription limit) and click on the "Confirm" button to confirm your committed tokens and complete the subscription. Each user has ONLY ONE chance per project to subscribe during the subscription period, so it is recommended that you subscribe after completing all limit-raising tasks.

4.  [Launchpad Personal History] To view the participation results and Coinstore participation history after a successful subscription, click "My Launchpad History" on the event page.

II. How to participate in the Coinstore mobile app

1. [Access to Launchpad] Open Coinstore App and find "Coinstore" on the front page.

2. [List of Launchpad Projects] Click on the projects to jump to the Event Page of the project.

4. [Launchpad Personal History] To view the participation results and Launchpad order status after a successful subscription, click on the top-right icon.

 

III. View Launchpad Subscription Records

Go to "Assets "-" Fund REC "-" Other Records" in the upper-right navigation bar to view the transaction records of assets (Project Token Airdrops, Launchpad Subscriptions, Launchpad Refunds, etc.) generated by Launchpad Participation.

IV. Trade New Project Tokens

The new project tokens will be allocated to your spot account and you can trade on the Coinstore's spot market once the new trading pairs are opened. Please stay tuned to our official announcement for trading time.

Notes:

1. Only when users hold committed tokens designated by the Launchpad project during the subscription period can they participate in the event.

2. Subscriptions cannot be revoked and the committed tokens you invest in the project will be locked and cannot be accessed for transfers, withdrawals, or trading until after the distribution period.

3. The rules for each Coinstore can be different. Please refer to the announcements.

4. Most of the projects are start-up blockchain projects in their early phases. The operation of the project, the underlying technology, the legal and regulatory environment, etc. may be flawed. Please invest rationally.
